Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced full-time candidate to join the onshore Transfer Agency's Web Services / Call Center in North Quincy, MA. The candidate will not only be asked to focus primarily on the daily review of key client and internal deliverables. The candidate must provide daily exceptional pone coverage, responding to client’s inquiry. The team you will be joining plays an integral role in the overall success of the Transfer Agency, in your role you will be expected to provide support across multiple teams. This candidate will be expected to be extremely detail oriented and help us build a resilient team. The candidate must also be able to contribute and cooperate as a teammate in our current environment.

What you will be responsible for
As a Senior Associate you will
Validate or resolve discrepancies per client specific guidelines.
Ensure prompt follow up on issue escalations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the Transfer Agency and deliver excellent service to clients.
Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
Proactively monitor and ensure internal and external inquiries are researched and resolved timely.
Monitor upcoming client deliverables.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and share knowledge across the team.
Assist management in the implementation of new policies, and procedures.
Participate in multiple projects.
Other duties as assigned.

College or University degree,
At least 2 to 4 years of Customer Services experience.
Solid understanding of Transfer Agency functions.

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $60,320 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
