Who we are looking for

A seasoned tax professional with extensive U.S. federal and state income tax compliance and audit experience. Reporting to the Global Head of Tax, the candidate will lead a team responsible for preparing all US income tax returns and managing our IRS audits.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As Head of US Compliance and Controversy, you will

• Lead a team responsible for all federal and state income tax compliance matters, including preparation of our annual tax returns
• Provide technical advice on a broad range of US tax matters, including those related tax accounting methods, tax credits and controlled foreign corporations
• Manage our IRS audits
