Project Management (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Quincy, Massachusetts): Will lead and work with the team responsible for Business acceptance testing and Client integration testing for integrated enterprise suite in investment management middle office services. Specific duties: Utilize experience in IT, specifically in software development, technical and functional analysis, testing practices, business solutioning, and middle office service industry; Apply SQL knowledge, hands-on experience with database/data warehouse skills; Lead test strategy, client test planning, interfacing with external clients, senior managers and executives; Provide test execution status to executive management and other stakeholders; Serve as single point of contact for all testing and validation activities for client, business analyst group, operational readiness, business operations, IT and configuration teams; Design and architect conversion simulation, test parallel and production parallel tests; Analyze portfolio data requirements for end-to-end test validations, and create test data strategy for end client reporting; Coordinate the project team activities, facilitating communication upward to the management team level and across all development units to manage risk and communicate issues; Lead joint triage process during client test execution triage investigation requests, issue/defect assignments, tracking and follow-ups and provide status reports on various test issues/defects; Collaborate with business leads and IT leads to define architectural requirements in order to finalize client test platform requirements; Participate in resource planning; Apply knowledge of onboarding services for middle office offerings, specifically in understanding transaction management, recording keeping, corporate actions, OTC derivatives, performance and analytics, reconciliation, reporting, and cash management; Analyze and document business specifications for technical and functional changes, define the required design approach within the business specification documents; Define and document features and functions, within the business specifications, in support of requested changes; Define and document current and future state operating models as required; and Provide periodic and ad hoc status reporting to senior management and relevant PMOs. Hybrid-remote telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field plus 2 years in any occupation/title providing relevant experience in the financial services industry. Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field plus 5 years in any occupation/title providing relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Must have: Demonstrated solid experience in software development, technical and functional analysis, testing practices, business solutioning and middle office service industry; Solid SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database/data warehouse; Demonstrated solid analytical and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; Proven solid relationship management skills; Proven understanding of transaction management, recording keeping, corporate actions, OTC derivatives, performance and analytics, reconciliation, reporting, and cash management; Domain knowledge and ability to understand the various listed instrument types, including Equities, Bonds, Futures, Options; Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordingly; Proven experience of Middle Office Recordkeeping and Transaction processing; Proven use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Project; Effective organizational and decision-making skills; and Solid experience with the software development life cycle. Salary Range:

$130,021 - $140,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
