The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). What you will be responsible for
As Transfer Agency Associate 2 you will
- Validate or resolve discrepancies per client specific guidelines.
- Ensure prompt follow up on issue escalations and facilitate timely problem resolution to mitigate risk to the Transfer Agency and deliver excellent service to clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as required.
- Proactively monitor and ensure internal and external inquiries are researched and resolved timely.
- Monitor upcoming client deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and share knowledge across the team.
- Assist management in the implementation of new policies, and procedures.
- Participate in multiple projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:$41,600 - $60,320 Annual
