Position description

The Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will enable us to successfully define, drive and deliver enhancements for our Resiliency Ecosystem. This person has the ability to define requirements and connect the dots relative to platform and data integration projects in support of our Enterprise Resiliency strategy.

This is a Resiliency Ecosystem team business analyst position. Working within and across the Enterprise Resiliency Office, Continuity Directors and IT Partners, the candidate will create and oversee requirements and implementation of strategic and tactical projects for solutions required for the ERO.

The Business Analyst will be engaged in both platform and data initiatives and will connect dots and bridge gaps between our platform and data solutions.

Requirements

Skilled in complex business analysis with expertise in requirements gathering and documentation; advanced reasoning; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to liaise between the business and technology teams, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support the Scoping of Requirements and Success Criteria as well as the Design and Implementation of key platform enhancements
  • Work with peers across ERO to ensure thorough requirements are aligned with the implementation of the tools, infrastructure, taxonomy and data
  • Understand and ensure knowledge of the data is an integral part of solutioning and design
  • Leadership position that takes accountability for on-going monitoring of project progress and takes appropriate action to ensure work items are delivered on time with high levels of quality
  • Understand organizational context and be able to identify and engage relevant stakeholders to remove barriers
  • Work with cross-functional teams and collaborate well with others
  • Create and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Works closely with Product Owners and data development teams to ensure requirements are complete
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting of platform and data inquiries to answer business questions
  • Proactively communicate status and risks to management
  • Be self-motivated to learn, introduce new ideas, and teach others

  • Advanced reasoning; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to liaise between the business and technology teams, strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Proactively prioritize work with minimal direction, and effectively manage resources to meet objectives and deadlines

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
