An Officer within the Revenue Insights Center (RIC) and will be a critical role providing overall FP&A Support. The position is responsible for supporting the RIC lead for North America with monthly and quarterly revenue analytics and variance analysis utilized by CFOs and Business Heads.
What you will be responsible for
Revenue planning, forecasting and analysis of results and projections.
Lead in preparing variance analysis and commentary against Budget, Forecast and prior periods for financial reviews with FP&A and CFO Senior management.
Preparation of monthly Revenue Waterfall and related reports including Prior Period Adjustments
Review of New Business, Lost Business and Fee Change events with CFO’s and Global Accounting Operations (GAO) to ensure proper revenue accruals
Assist in the preparation of Annual Revenue Budget and Mid-Year Reforecast for North America Business Units
Provide support and/or research for quarterly audit and various ad hoc requests

Strong Excel skills preferred, knowledge of systems a plus (Essbase, SmartView HPL, Salesforce 360)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work both independently and cross functionally within the organization
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Expectation of minimum 2+ years’ experience in financial analysis (non-industry specific) or equivalent depth of experience
University degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Accounting
Highly analytical and detail-oriented – Must demonstrate ability to ensure accuracy of reports/models and impactful insights
Skilled communicator with both verbal and written presentation skills
Self-driven, flexible, open-minded, proactive, efficient, responsible, good fit with team
Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $102,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
