Job Description

The Recruitment Sourcer (Contractor model) is responsible for identifying and engaging top talent for current and future openings within the organization. They employ a variety of sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a diverse and talented pool for hiring managers to choose from.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract passive and active candidates.

  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on target companies and industries to identify potential candidates and understand their skillsets and motivations.

  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute compelling outreach strategies (emails, phone calls, social media messages) to engage potential candidates and gauge their interest in opportunities.

  • Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

  • Ability to build relationships and influence others.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
