Description
PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
To assist course coordinator with the delivery of course content and assessment of student performance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Adjunct Clinical Instructor will assist in delivery of course content by:
- Implementing course learning objectives and goals;
- Supporting / guiding learners with their understanding of course material;
- Supporting / guiding learners with their efforts at problem solving;
- Grading course assignments.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Qualified individuals must have a minimum of a B.S. degree in Pharmacy, and a pharmacy license in good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior experience at a school or college of pharmacy is desirable, as is demonstrated strength in teaching and labs at the higher education level

- Excellent organization, self-initiation, and ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to work in partnership with faculty, administration, and staff.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to present self in a highly confident and professional manner.
- Ability to address and/or resolve conflict.

- Sufficient auditory ability to hear telephone, fax, and emergency related alarms (e.g., fire alarms).
